COMBATING TERROR

We have witnessed a dreadful year 2008 ,terror attacks in every metropolitan and financial turmoil.Terrorism is not letting us to grow peacefully and harmoniously.
Here are my views to stop this terror
1)Have a global anti terror agency scrutinizing,monitoring the terror camps all around the world and especially in S.Asia.Terror and militant training camps should be missile attacked by all the combined forces of the global agency.

2)India should have a autonomous self governing Anti Terror Agency

3)Joint exercises between Intelligence agencies on tracing terror links and rescue operations management.

4)CCTV and technological infrastructure to monitor movements of people in crowded places like stations,airports,markets.

5)Electronic cards like ATM’s should replace ration cards,licenses,passports so that none outside the country can acquire indian identity cards.

6)Tougher anti terror law but simultaneously following human rights a democracy should.

And to have all these done what we need is a right leadership local,state and federal.And that can be got by electing a younger parliament i.e 40-60 age group people to the parliament who be the best in india to hold positions.So that they can bring in reforms quickly and reshape india’s leadership to align with the very best.
Why not try president nominating Cabinet ministers from the best in india for particular ministry e.g maybe 20 year experienced IIT director ro be education minister.
Or maybe rather than have house voting for laws to get passed why don’t we have voting by the IAS who are much well educated and involved directly with the public more than so called representatives of the people THE MP’s.
WAKE UP INDIA ONLY A YOUNGER PM AND MP’S CAN BRING IN A CHANGE WE NEED.
